Experience nature through the senses. Participants will engage in a nature meditation; grounding into the space and opening their senses to the environment around them; and learn how to create a natural mandala. Two breakout groups will be available. Participants may join either group.

CHILDREN: Nature Treasure Hunt & Sense walk: Using our senses to be present in our natural enviornment. Children will also use material gathered to create inspirational art cards.

ADULTS: Walk with Intention--Walk with nature reflecting on specific intention, inviting nature to increase insight and clarity.
